Shipping & Delivery Policy

Since all Feelmakes projects are digital products, there are no physical shipments. All completed projects will be delivered via email, cloud storage links, or a secure online platform as agreed upon with the client.

1. Delivery Timeframe

• The estimated delivery time will be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.

• If any unforeseen delays occur, we will promptly communicate and request a reasonable extension.

2. Delivery Methods

• Final files will be delivered via Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox, or another preferred method.

• Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing their digital files after delivery.

3. File Access & Support

• Once the project is delivered, Feelmakes will keep a backup for 30 days in case of any issues.

• If you need redelivery within this timeframe, just reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist.

• After 30 days, Feelmakes may not retain the files, and retrieval may not be possible.
