Welcome to Feelmakes! We’re excited to collaborate with you to bring your creative vision to life. These Terms of Service outline the guidelines for working together, ensuring clarity and transparency. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Feelmakes provides professional video production, digital marketing, and brand development services. Each project is tailored to the client's needs, and we work closely with you to ensure an exceptional final product.

2. Payment & Pricing

  • All services are prepaid to allow full dedication to your project.

  • Pricing varies based on project scope and will be agreed upon before work begins.

  • Payments must be completed before project initiation. No deposits are required.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you cancel before work starts, we may offer a partial refund to cover administrative and planning costs.

  • Once the project begins, no refunds will be issued.

  • If we experience an unexpected delay, we will request an extension within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Revisions & Adjustments

  • Each project includes one (1) free revision to refine the final output.

  • Additional revisions beyond the first free one will incur extra charges.

  • Clients are responsible for providing clear and timely feedback to keep the project on schedule.

  • We do not offer re-shoots or additional edits beyond the agreed scope unless previously arranged.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • The final edited video/content belongs to the client upon full payment.

  • Feelmakes retains ownership of all raw files, drafts, and working materials unless otherwise agreed.

  • If clients require raw files, an additional charge may apply.

  • Clients must ensure they have the right to use any third-party assets they provide to us.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Feelmakes respects your privacy and confidentiality—your project details will never be shared without consent.

  • If we wish to feature your project in our portfolio or for promotional purposes, we will request your approval first.

7. Deadlines & Delivery

  • We commit to delivering projects on time and will communicate promptly if any reasonable extension is needed.

  • Clients must provide all necessary materials (logos, assets, footage, references) on time to prevent delays.

  • We are not responsible for missed deadlines due to client-side delays or incomplete submissions.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Feelmakes is not responsible for third-party disruptions (e.g., platform issues, ad policy violations, or account suspensions on external platforms).

  • Clients must ensure their content complies with copyright laws, platform guidelines, and industry regulations.

  • We are not liable for missed deadlines resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure events.

9. Communication & Support

  • We believe in clear, friendly, and efficient communication to make the collaboration seamless.

  • Clients can contact us via email, phone, or online support for updates, questions, or project discussions.

  • Regular check-ins and approvals ensure the project stays aligned with expectations.

10. Updates to Terms

  • Feelmakes reserves the right to update these Terms of Service as needed.

  • If any changes occur, clients will be notified in advance.
